|Lloyd Scott – Lloyd has become one of the country’s best-known fundraisers after completing the London Marathon in 2002 in a diving suit in the slowest ever recorded time, creating a world record.
Hopefully, other commitments allowing, Lloyd will be joining us on our walk up Snowdon in September 2007. If he doesn’t however, he has been a huge inspiration to us and we will be thinking of him whilst we sweat it out in Wales! Visit his web site, here
|Sir Ranulph Fiennes – Sir Ranulph is well known as “The Worlds Greatest Explorer” with expeditions and other achievements that “normal” people only dream of! His book “Beyond the Limits” was the inspiration for us to get up and go.
Ranulph has wished us luck and gave a quote “God gave us two ears and one mouth, so best we listen more than we prattle”. We have done and will do exactly that by listening to those who know the terrain and have experienced what we are going to experience. We will go prepared.
